Terms and Conditions

In using this website You are deemed to have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated or changed from time to time by PicNiks & Glamping On Us LLC without notice to You. If You do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions, do not use this website or our services. Because our services are evolving over time, We may change or discontinue all or any part of our services, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion. Your continued use of this website following the posting of any changes to this Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You understand that PicNiks & Glamping On Us LLC will not be liable relating to injuries or illnesses that may occur during bookings. You are voluntarily participating in this activity. You are participating in this activity entirely at your own risk. You understand that injuries or outcomes may arise from you yourself or others negligence. You agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that You otherwise have to bring legal action against PicNiks & Glamping On Us LLCs for personal injury or property damage. In the event that you should require medical care or treatment, You agree to be financially responsible for any costs inquired as a result of such treatment. Personal information provided will never be shared.

Payment Policy

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your picnic date and time. The remaining 50% of payment is due 72 hours or (3) days prior to your scheduled event time and billed to the card on file unless you request otherwise. The event setup will not occur without full payment.

* A travel fee will be applied for beaches and any locations 20 miles outside of our location.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Debit & Credit Cards. 

Where does the picnic take place?

At this time we are hosting picnics in the comfort of your home. The picnic can take place inside your home (downstairs only) or your Backyard or patio. Please Note space must be cleared and cleaned for setup to take place. We also can work with you to set up in an open space in your Neighborhood/ Subdivision, a booked Hall, park, lake, or Beach. (Beach set up is Additional charges). We also provide a Few outside locations in (Orlando) area. Parking is available. Please contacted PicNiks & Glamping On Us for info).

What is the cancellation/ reschedule policy?

Please if need to cancel we ask that you cancel 72 hours before your event. Your reservation deposit is not refundable, or if paid in full Payment is not refundable However, your payment may be used as a credit towards your new reservation. Your new reservation must be rescheduled within three (3) months from your original date and you can reschedule only 1 time. Please Note, Once your picnic is set up, we will not be able to cancel or reschedule your booking and your payment will not be refunded.

How do I book a picnic or rental?
you can book directly on the website or Fill out our contact form if the event uses the form, to see if we are available for the date and time of your event. Decide on the type of event and location + any add-ons you are interested in. Fill out, sign, and return the rental agreement along with the deposit and you are all set!

How far in advance should I book a picnic?

As far in advance as you can! The earlier you book your picnic the more of a possibility we can accommodate you. At least 7 days notice.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes, you can! You can also check our “add-on” section during checkout.  We are not responsible for any food allergies or any issues or illnesses caused by foods that were consumed or purchased through PicNiks & Glamping On Us or from third-party vendors.

Can I keep anything?

Absolutely! Feel free to take leftover food/drink (not including any Containers that drinks are in)., live flowers, and of course anything brought by your party.

Are alcoholic drinks included?

We do not include or provide alcohol. At any public locations where we host our picnics. . PicNiks & Glamping On Us will not be responsible for any fines you may receive as a result.

What comes in each package?

Every package comes with the needs for a picnic such as plates, cups, silverware, etc. All of the picnic packages do include cold bottled water. Add-on options are available for an upcharge. 

Equipment

All equipment used during your picnic belongs to PicNiks & Glamping On Us. All items should be returned back in the same condition as you found them. If any accidents should arise, please notify us by text so we can try to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. 

Damage & Spills Policy

Here at PicNiks & Glamping On Us, we pride ourselves on furnishing you with stylish and clean items for your use and enjoyment. As a result, we would appreciate it if you could inform us of any damage, including any spills, tears, or stains. Small spills with clear liquids or other non-staining items may not be charged for their full replacement value and may incur a dry-cleaning fee, if necessary. If any items are broken or missing, a replacement fee will incur with the card used at the time of booking or the card on file.

Do we have to stay, can we leave early?

You do not have to stay for the whole 2 hr period.  We require a text or phone call giving us a 45 minutes notice if you want to leave early. However, you are responsible for all the rented equipment until we are able to return and pick it up. Should you leave before your arranged time and any damages or theft occur, you will be held responsible.

Can I customize my picnic?

At this time, we are hosting up to 4 guests. For any additional customization or special requests please email us at picniksnglamping@gmail.com

Image Release?

We reserve the right to take photographs of our event setups and styling for our social media purposes. PicNiks & Glamping On Us will not take photographs of our customers or guests without their permission or a signed image release form. We do welcome photos, videos, and other content from our clients and reserve the right to use this content in our promotional platforms. 

What if there is bad weather?

We all know Florida can have unpredictable Weather.  We suggest having a covered or indoor alternative as your backup plan in case of any weather issues. We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelation due to weather (only acceptable for weather-related problems). Once we receive notice, we will work with you to reschedule your event within 3 months. Please note, that all deposits are non-refundable.

In the event of a natural catastrophe, hurricane, or government closure we will work with you to reschedule your picnic at no additional cost to you. 

What happens if I arrive late?

We will wait until you arrive at your picnic, but please note that this will cut into your picnic time. However, after 45 minutes, you will be considered a no show and the picnic will be packed up with no refund given or rescheduled. This will be strictly enforced, with NO exceptions!

Cleaning and Disinfecting Policy

Please rest assured, that we take hygiene and sanitation very seriously. After each and every booking, all objects are carefully cleaned and disinfected.

Covid Precautions

Mask (only if required) and Gloves will be worn during setup.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

You agree that the use of Our services constitutes Your electronic signature, acceptance, and agreement under the United States federal E-SIGN legislation and will meet the requirements of an original signature. You may not raise the use of an electronic signature as a defense to the enforcement of this Agreement.

The terms of this agreement shall be binding upon the heirs and assigns of both parties. This is a non-refundable purchase. We can reschedule based on availability. By purchasing, you agree to our full terms of service.
